Yoghurt flatbread

Yoghurt flatbread

This 2-ingredient Yoghurt Flatbread is a breeze to make and is the perfect side to any cookout and summertime grilling.

Ingredients

350grams of full-fat yoghurt
350grams of self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsp of dried dill

Method

1. Start by kneading your yoghurt, flour, baking powder, salt and dill to form a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes while you fire up the barbie.
2. Once you’ve prepped your BBQ, place the hot plate on there and wipe it down using the Samba BBQ wipes.
3. Pour some oil on your hands before shaping the dough into small discs, to help prevent the dough from sticking to your hands or the hot plate. Place the discs onto the hot place and let them brown on both sides until cooked through.
4. Enjoy!

Tips

While technically this recipe will work with just 2 ingredients: yoghurt & self-raising flour, the addition of baking powder helps make it a little fluffier, the dill adds a new dimension to it and well, salt makes everything taste better so always a good addition to your cooking!
