Strawberry Crepe

Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 250gr fresh strawberries, sliced
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, oil or melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, whisking constantly until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
- Cover the batter with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the batter has rested, heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl the pan around to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook the crepe for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown. Use a spatula to flip the crepe over and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Repeat steps 6-7 until you have used up all the batter.
- Once the crepes are cooked, drizzle the condensed milk and add sliced strawberries on each crepe.
- Fold each crepe in half, then fold it in half again to form a triangle.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious crepes!
Tips
You can also add toppings such as whipped cream or chopped nuts to your crepes for added flavour and texture.
