Pork Belly Twisters

Succulent pork belly strips twisted and crisped to perfection. A tantalizing blend of flavors and textures in every bite.

 

Ingredients

  • Pork belly cut into thin strips
  • Spice rub of your choosing
  • Metal skewers
  • Foil tray
  • Wire rack

Method

  1. Cut the pork belly into thin strips.
  2. Apply a generous amount of your preferred spice rub to both sides of the strips.
  3. Wrap the pork belly strips around the skewer, ensuring that the skin is on the outer side.
  4. Position them on a wire rack above a deep aluminium tray with an opening at the bottom.
  5. Place the tray on the barbecue with the lid on at around to 220°C and cook for 30-35 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy!
  6. Take them off the grill and devour!
