Mac & Cheese by Smokey McBBQ
One pot wonder

Ingredients
- 250g Pasta
- 300ml Cream
- 300ml Milk
- 385ml Evaporated Milk
- 100g Cream Cheese
- 250g Cheddar
- 2tsp Favourite Rub
- 1tsp Dijon Mustard
Method
- Light your smoker or BBQ for indirect heat
- Cube cream cheese into small pieces
- Shred cheddar
- Combine all ingredients into oven safe dish
- Mix well so cheese is dispersed
- Cover tightly with foil and place in smoker for 2hrs
- Do not open the foil befor ethis time as the steam will escape
- If you are cooking at hotter temps, check at 1.5 hrs
- After 2hrs, open foil and stir, you may serve immediately or rest.
Smoker Temp: 250°F
Tips
Shred and grill cheese on top for 5 min to add colour and extra flavour.
Add or reduce the milk content next cook to have thicker or saucier consistency.
