Lamb Ribs by Smokey McBBQ

Ingredients

  • Lamb Ribs
  • 1 tbsp Boodua Creek lamb rub
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1⁄4 brown sugar

Method

  1. Light your smoker or BBQ for indirect heat
  2. Score the membrane in a cross hatch pattern
  3. Apply marinade (night before optional)
  4. Reserve some marinade aside
  5. Place on smoker for 1.5hrs
  6. Wrap rib with reserved marinade in foil
  7. Cook for additional 2.5hrs
  8. Probe tender ~ 203f
  9. Rest for minimum 30min

Smoker Temp: 250°F

 

Tips

Also know as bone in lamb flaps
if you dont want the hassle of the bone, you can ask for just lamp flaps
