Herbs Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 500g minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Skewers

Method

  1. Light up the grill and then soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped dill, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well to combine.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into long, thin sausage-like shapes around each skewer.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
