Grilled Peach Salad
Hosting a spring-time soirée? This salad is a cracker!
Ingredients
4 peaches, halved
Large handful of rocket
30 parmigiano cheese, shaved
50g prosciutto
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
1. Simply douse your peaches in olive oil, throw them on the grill to get those epic grill marks, and serve on a bed of rocket and prosciutto.
2. Top with generous shavings of Parmigiano and finish with a drizzle of balsamic to bam it up even more!
