Corn on the cob
Simple yet sensational, our grilled corn on the cob recipe elevates this classic side dish with smoky char and buttery goodness.
Ingredients
- 4 cobs of corn - husk on
- 100 grams of manchego cheese
- The zest of one lime
- Sliced lime for serving
- Butter
Method
- Gently peel back the husk of the corn, removing the silks from the top.
- Rip off one of the strips of husk and use a tie to secure the husk - this is very handy to use as a handle while cooking.
- Pop it on a hot grill and baste with melted butter everytime you turn it.
- When the corn is cooked to perfection, pop them all on a plate, grate a heap of manchego over the top, then grate the lime zest on top. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
