Campfire Mule
Level up the classic Moscow Mule. A Campfire Mule is a tasty concoction, combining Scotch Whisky with fresh lemon juice and maple syrup. Finished off with a spalsh of ginger beer and some toasted marshmallows, this campfire inspired cocktail is perfect for your outdoor gatherings.
Ingredients
- Scotch Whisky - 45mL
- Fresh Lemon Juice - 15mL
- Maple Syrup (or Sugar Syrup) - 8mL
- Ginger Beer - to top
- Marshmallows
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Measure out your Scotch Whisky, lemon juice and maple syrup, and stir over ice to combine.
- Top-up with ginger beer, and stir again.
- Garnish with toasted marshmallows, and enjoy!
