Campfire Baked Potatoes
How can you go past a classic camping dish? Campfire baked potatoes - easy, delicious and you can enjoy the fire while they are cooking away.
Ingredients
- White potatoes
 - Butter
 - Sour cream
 - Bacon
 - Spring onion
 - Salt & pepper
 
Method
- Cut an X into your potatoes, top with butter and salt and wrap in tin foil.
 - Place the wrapped potatoes into the hot coals of your campfire for 1-2 hours
 - Meanwhile, chop up the bacon and fry until crispy
 - Unwrap the potatoes and top with more butter, crispy bacon, sour cream and fresh spring onion
 
Tips
Make sure your potatoes are sliced ¼ of the way down, salted and partnered with a generous amount of butter.
