Today, we are all about the SUNDAY LAMB ROAST. 😍 Start to baste the lamb after 30 mins on the rotisserie, then again every 30 mins or so until the lamb is cooked. Add more lump charcoal as needed during the cook to keep the heat constant.

🧂 Oil, salt & pepper. That's all it takes. Prepare your lamb roast for tomorrow's big cook and make sure you have some rosemary for that flavoursome baste.
